Your business has a vision, a destination you’re eager to reach. But along the way, obstacles appear—complexity, scaling challenges, and operational roadblocks. That’s where I come in. Just like you, I started with a dream. My first business venture began at 12, selling homemade pies on a country roadside. What I learned back then—about hard work and building something from the ground up—still fuels my passion for helping business owners like you.
After three decades in senior leadership, I discovered that the real reward comes from scaling businesses with purpose. Over the past 15 years, I’ve created, grown, and exited multiple companies, and now I’m here to guide you on your entrepreneurial journey. Using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), I help you bring clarity to chaos, align your teams, and create the structure that allows your business to grow sustainably, with a healthy team at the helm.
Together, we’ll focus on what matters—transforming your vision into reality, so you can focus on leading while I help you scale.
Your success story is waiting to be written, and I’m here to help you turn the page.
My first experience as an entrepreneur, before I even knew what that meant, was as a 12 year old, on our family farm in Eastern Canada, I’d pick berries each day to make fresh pies (because Mom was the best pie maker in the world and taught us how) and sell them on the country roadside yelling “PIES FOR SALE” to the tourists that drove by. I learned what sweat equity was with this venture.
After 20 years in senior leadership roles leading multi-national businesses operating in North America and the Middle East, I traded the bureaucracy and complexity of big corporate business for deployment of my entrepreneurial mindset, creating and leading 5 different businesses over the last 15 years, 2 of which I successfully exited, 2 were train wrecks and one I still have ownership in today.
In the last few years I have transitioned my career and life to things I love to do, using the knowledge and wisdom I have gained over my career (the good, the bad, and the ugly) to guide entrepreneurial business owners and leadership teams to bring their personal and business visions to life.
